This was a great find - a beautiful, spacious apartment for six of us who were visiting Barcelona for Primavera Sound. The location is excellent - it's a few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya and near many of the museums and sites we wanted to see. We even walked all the way up to Parc Guell. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has lovely views of the Eglisia de Sagrat Cor opposite. If there was one criticism it is that the apartment is north facing so doesn't get anywhere near as much light as the photos suggest, but apart from that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

love the location of the apartment! it's very central n we walked everywhere. the metro stations (3 different ones) n bus stops are all close by too. the best is that the outlet shopping bus stops right outside the door of the building! the apartment itself is spacious and exactly as per the pictures. I love the kitchen as its large enough to accommodate cooking for our family of 3 generations of 10 people. Dani is prompt in replies and Vika, who met us at the door, was most helpful.

Very nice location to go to Casa Mila and Casa Battlo, etc. And stores, super market, restaurants are closed convenient too. Dani gave a big help to ask taxi because we left very early in the morning 4:30 am. Thanks Dani! Recommend Dani's apartment.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Eixample district. A fun, bustling neighborhood walking distance from everywhere but a little bit off the main tourist streets. The main window in the living room opens onto a view of a beautiful church. This was the perfect spot for our two families to explore Barcelona. There are four separate bedrooms - including one large master suite. Everything is bright and clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in the heart of Barcelona! As it was our 4th time visiting the city we knew which area was the best for us. The apartment is very centrally located a 5min walk from Plaza de Catalunya and the airport bus. Very spacious and just as showed in the pictures. We were a party of 3 adult couples and a 9 month old and the apartment was perfect for us! The apartment was clean and everything was in order. Big kitchen with all the necessities, which was great with the 9month old. Wifi worked without a glitch. Communicating beforehand with Alex and Dani was easy and they always answered very quickly. When in Barcelona we called them from the airport and we were met at the apartment as promised. Everything went great and I would highly recommend the apartment for everyone, especially large families!

We were a group of 7 - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids. The apartment is huge and there was more than enough room for us all. It's a beautiful older building with plenty of architectural detail - including gorgeous ceilings! The furnishings were attractive IKEA pieces, including the mattresses which were fine although perhaps not the best super-high quality. The kitchen is completely outfitted but it seems like nobody has ever cooked in it - there were no spices or oils left behind by prior tenants, so if you do plan to cook here you should plan to bring those with you. There was also not much in the way of toiletries, although each bathroom had a hair dryer and tons of toilet paper. Plenty of towels. Dani and Alex were wonderful and could not have been more accommodating.

This apartment is wonderful. Location is great and within walking distance to most of Barcelona sites. We were 4 women, so this comfortably accommodated us with the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. You can walk almost anyway from this location, however taxis are easy to find if needed.
The apartment is well equipped with comfortable beds and linens, nice kitchen and 2 very nice bathrooms. Small conveniences such as hairdryers, clothes drying rack, and iron are all available.
Barcelona is a beautiful city and this apartment enhanced our experience. I highly recommend it!

Before getting to the apartment, I had already noticed that Dani was an amazing host. He always replied within an hour and his messages were very clear and kind. When we got to Barcelona, we were so happy to see that his flat was exactly like in the pictures, if not even better: everything was beautiful and very very clean. We had a wonderful long weekend and I have to thank Dani (and His assistant Alex) for this!

My family and I had a very positive experience with the apartment in Barcelona. It was exactly as described but better located than I could have asked for. Only a short stroll to everywhere we wanted to go. There was also a great bakery about 3 houses away with nice coffee and fabulous bread. Also, being able to cook a meal at home was so nice after constantly eating out in restaurants. Dani was not able to meet us in person as he was on holidays. His replacement contact was harder to get in touch with and sent someone else who we didnt know to let us in the flat. Besides this hitch it was a most enjoyable stay.

We just completed a fantastic trip to Barcelona. Our four nights at Dani's place were great. The location was super central even allowing us to walk to some of the famous sites. The accommodations allowed for our group to have a comfortable place to call home for a few days. Kitchen was well stocked. Any issues/questions were dealt with right away by our host Dani. An excellent place to stay in Barcelona!

Dani has been a very warm hearted and patient host.
The appartement is gorgeous and is located perfectly to explore downtown Barcelona by foot. The two bathrooms make it easy in the morning, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is more than enough room in the flat.

We had a fantastic visit to beautiful Barcelona! The apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and the location convenient enough to walk to many of the top sites. Dani was very responsive to questions and he ensured a smooth check-in. We were very pleased with the apartment; large kitchen and central living & dining room, separate private bedrooms and lots of natural light. It was so nice to be able to walk out the door and grab an expresso or walk around the corner for excellent tapas. We would love to go back and would definitely stay here again.

Dani and team were fantastic, punctual and extremely easy to work with. The location of the flat was fantastic and close to all public transportation including the aerobus which gets you back to the airport. The flat was 4 bedrooms with a great view. It was also extremely clean.

The property in Barcelona exceeded our expectations. It was spacious with 4 bedrooms, large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The apartment was also charming and "European". Outstanding features included high ceilings with artfully painted designs, floor to ceiling window doors which opened onto a balcony with great views of the street and quaint church across the way, and beautiful cherry wood flooring. The location could not have been better with ready access to restaurants, subway, and buses. A large central square is a few block walk. Dani was helpful with arrival and departure. His English was good and he was available by cell phone for any questions. The only negative we had was that the bedrooms adjacent to the street were noisy in the mornings, particularly on those mornings when street work was going on. The 2 interior bedrooms were quiet. We have enjoyed the apartement as well as the location very much. The flat is very well located and enjoys 4 real bedrooms - one with a very large and modern bathroom. It is 5 minutes walk to the ramblas. Every thing was very well organised by Dani.

We loved our stay at Dani's apartment and would be delighted to stay there again. It's a fantastic location with easy access to some great restaurants and amenities, including the very handy bakery next door :) There was a problem with the lift which I would want to check for next time as it is not fun carrying bags up 4 flights of steps but that was the only issue, everything else was superb. The facilities were great, the bedrooms are spacious, and it was great having the central lounge & dining for our group of six.

You will love this apartment! It is spacious, clean, tastefully remodeled and decorated. Everything is in good working order and all our needs were met.
There was plenty of elbow room for 5 adults, and it was great to have unlimited Wi-Fi. We all appreciated the washing machine - especially because we had travelled lightly, coming from the west coast of the USA, and we were in Barcelona for almost 2 weeks.
The apartment is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, many Barcelona attractions and several metro stations.
Our host Dani responded immediately to all my emails, was helpful with answers to questions involving specific interests, and was most generous in offering a few "extras".

We stayed in this apartment at the end of November, 2013. This apartment is ideal variant to stay with good company up to 8 people in Barcelona. There are four bed rooms (3 with double bed, one with two singl beds), enough big living area and very comfortable kitchen where you can find whatever you need to cook or to have a snack.There are two bath rooms wich is also very convinient for group of people. Location is superb - Carrer de Casp, Barcelona, Catalonia since it's next to Catalonia Square. Just 3 minutes by walk from the apartment. I really advise to stay in this apartment.

Dani was a great host and was very helpful. Great email communication with fast response. The apartment was wonderful and it was just like what listed on the website, if not is much better. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood. Very close by to all the attractions. Less than 10 mins walk to La Rambla and less than 10 mins walk to Casa Batlo. Super great location. If you are going to visit Barcelona you cannot find any place better than Dani's apartment. I am strongly recommending this apartment to anyone that never been to Barcelona. You don't have to worry about anything when you staying in this apartment. Very safe neighborhood.

First of all, Dani was extremely kind and quickly responded to all of our inquiries prior to booking and arrival. His company is very professional and well run. On our arrival, we were met by Alex who was also very kind and helpful.
The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family of 7. Everything functioned properly and it was great having a washing machine, as the airline lost our luggage for a day after our arrival! The air conditioning was also a great benefit in August.
The apartment is very well located, only a very short walk from Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and las Ramblas. We were also only a few minutes walk from the Block of Discord and Casa Mila. There are at least three metro stops nearby as well. We were three short metro stops from Sagrada Familia. There is a large grocery store and two smaller corner stores only a block or two away. Many nice restaurants on Passeig de Gracia. For us, the location was perfect.

We are a party of 8 people who stayed in this amazing apartment from 16 to 19 May 2013. It was our first time to Barcelona for most of us. This apartment is so conveniently located in the town area and is within walking distance to many eateries, supermarket, Passig de Gracia, Plaza Catakunya, Casa Batllo, Palace of Catalan Music, Sagrada Familia and many other places of interest. We were so impressed by the neatness and the convenience of the apartment. The interior of the apt is so pretty and the toilet in the master bedroom resembles that of a 5 star hotel! Apt is situated in a safe and rather peaceful location. None of us were worried even when we came back late. The huge living room accomodated all 8 of us when we gathered every night for our long chat sessions. Dani and his friend Alex were super helpful and prompt with our endless queries. Dani was very helpful, he answered all of our emails in detail and was prompt in his replies. The apartment was beautiful and all the descriptions proved to be accurate. It has recently been renovated, the kitchen came fully equipped and the bathrooms were functional with good design details. The location could not have been better, central to everything Barcelona has to offer. Overall, the apartment is spacious, clean, and best of all the check in and check process went very smoothly. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, muy confortable, con todo lo que podría necesitar un turista en esta ciudad. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, tuvimos la mejor estancia y disfrutamos de la vista que de BCN (a 1 calle de Casa Calvet y de Plaza Cataluña!). First of all Dani's apartment is outstanding and so is the location right in the city centre 200m from Placa de Catalunya - when coming by plane you just take the Aerobus from the airport and after 30 mins you're enjoying the Dani's place.
With the time we liked the apartment even more as we felt like we were living in Barcelona since forever... It's almost a magical experience to sit down in the living room and enjoy the view of the beautiful church on the opposite side of the street. The great combination of the old time spirit and the modern furnishings is what defines the place. It is very clean as is also the whole building and the neighborhood.
Dani is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, also totally professional. He advised us on some local places where we could eat tapas, get nice drinks etc without shelling out a fortune,
